14 DAYS RETURN POLICY

All products from Studio G|B are carefully handmade/prepared by our owner. if you are not happy with your order for any reasons, please send us an e-mail at [email protected]  and we will find a solution for you.

If you decide to return the item, please send it back to us within 14 days and let us know via email, the customer can either get back the full refund (minus an admin charge & first shipping costs) or exchange it for another item. The returned product must be in the original condition, and the returning shipping costs will be on the customer.

Faulty or incorrect items

First of all our sincerely apology for any inconvenience caused, we handle every order with great care. If there is any problem with your order please contact our customer care team at [email protected]. Please include any order number, date of purchase, and a brief description. Once we receive your e-mail, we will look into the situation and respond within 24 hours.
